Claire is a physiotherapist with 20 years of experience helping people move with confidence, strength, and ease. Born and raised in Southern California, she completed her undergraduate studies in kinesiology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo before earning her master’s degree in physical therapy from California State University, Northridge.

Her early career was rooted in a small, community‑focused clinic where she treated a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including neck and back pain, post‑surgical rehabilitation for spinal and joint replacements, and balance and vestibular disorders. Over the years, she expanded her practice into larger hospital systems in San Diego, gaining experience across diverse patient populations. During the COVID‑19 pandemic, Claire provided essential home‑healthcare services, delivering vital physiotherapy to individuals unable to leave their homes.

After relocating to Vancouver, BC in 2021, Claire pursued STOTT Pilates training to further support core and extremity strength, stability, and functional movement in her clients. While completing the requirements for physiotherapy licensure in British Columbia, she also deepened her expertise in pelvic health. She now integrates evidence‑informed pelvic health physiotherapy with Pilates‑based principles to support individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and related concerns.

Claire currently practices four days per week in North Vancouver and one day per week in Vancouver’s West End. She is known for her thoughtful, encouraging approach and her commitment to helping clients achieve meaningful, sustainable improvements in their movement and well‑being.
